fix(swaync): clean up gruvbox styling, fix CSS bugs, trim oversized dimensions

- Fix missing semicolon on background-color in root selector
- Fix stray extra closing brace on notification-action background-color
- Remove duplicate/dead '* { }' rule block
- Reduce control-center and notification-window dimensions (less oversized)
- Reduce border-radius, margins, icon/image sizes for a tighter, cleaner look
- Gruvbox palette and BerkeleyMono Nerd Font Propo font-family already in place, now rendering correctly
