fix(ntfy-notify): use --from-config flag for multi-topic subscribe

ntfy v2.26.0+ requires 'ntfy subscribe --from-config' to read subscriptions from client.yml. Without it, the service fails with: 'must specify topic, type ntfy subscribe --help for help' Ref: https://docs.ntfy.sh/subscribe/cli/#subscribe-to-multiple-topics
